— Preserving the health of patients is no less important task than treating those who already got sick. Such a system of payment for medical care appeared in the MHI as early as in 2013. But then system didn development, few regions applied it in practice. Now this method of payment should be transformed into an understandable, transparent system. Created in 2022 for the whole country, uniform indicators for assessing the activities of the primary link — great advantage. This is the starting point for the necessary changes. So far, there is no information about the fact that funds for additional financing have appeared in the CHI system. Perhaps the funds will be allocated by the government of the Russian Federation in 2022. or it will be allowed to use the balances in the normalized safety stock.
