The Ukrainian army is suffering “significant losses in all directions,” said Defense Ministry spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov. In particular, three battalions of the 10th assault and 72nd mechanized brigades in the areas of Verkhnekamenka and Zolotarevka in the Donbass lost more than half of their personnel in a day.
In the Artemovsk area, the VKS destroyed up to 120 military and 15 pieces of equipment. In the DPR and the Nikolaev region, five command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed, in the Zaporozhye region— three ammo depots.
At the request of Roskomnadzor, RBC provides data on the details of the military operation in Ukraine based on information from Russian official sources.
In Kharkiv, aircraft attacked a temporary storage base for weapons and military equipment on the territory of a tractor plant, killing 30 Ukrainian soldiers and destroying ten units of armored and automotive vehicles. In the Nikolaev area, aviation, missile troops and artillery hit 39 command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and two ammunition depots.
“As part of the counter-battery fight, high-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces hit four platoons of multiple launch rocket systems in the Novoluganskoye, Zhelannoye, Berdychi and Vozdvizhenka areas, from which the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” — Konashenkov added.
In total, since the beginning of the special operation, the following have been destroyed:
- 227 aircraft, 134 helicopters, 1430 unmanned aerial vehicles,
- 353 anti-aircraft missile systems,
- 3886 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles,
- 702 multiple rocket launcher fighting vehicles,
- 3073 field artillery guns and mortars,
- 3954 units of special military vehicles.
