Serbia announced the transfer of Pristina forces to the north of Kosovo

According to the publications, the special forces of the Kosovo police (ROSU) moved out of Pristina towards the northern part of the province, fully equipped and with water cannons, they are accompanied by several ambulances.


On the evening of July 31, sirens sounded in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica (a city in the north of partially recognized Kosovo). In the southern part, just behind the bridge dividing the city, about 200 Albanians gathered. The Serbs began to erect barricades.

After that, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the country has never been in a more difficult and difficult situation than today. “The Pristina regime is trying, by presenting itself as a victim, to use the mood in the world,” — he said.

At the same time, the Serbian Ministry of Defense denied the widespread reports about its participation in the situation in the north of Kosovo and urged not to believe the disinformation. The authorities of Kosovo announced earlier that from next week, citizens of Serbia who enter the territory of the republic will receive a temporary border crossing document and Serbian documents will be considered invalid.
