Vybz Kartel could be among thousands of prison inmates to be granted conjugal visits in Jamaica. National Security Minister, Robert Montague, recently revealed plans by his ministry to start allowing inmates conjugal visits from their spouses as part of it’s plans to humanized them. Inmates already have days when they get visits from their family to interact with them, but this goes a step further in allowing them to engage in sexual activities.
